The Service
India Kart is an online platform for browsing products and prepared food, placing orders for pickup at participating locations, and related account features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Orders and fulfillment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact and pickup information. Orders are fulfilled for pickup at the store location you select (such as Torres De Heredia or Escazu). Availability is subject to stock at that location. We may contact you if items are unavailable or if we need to clarify your order.
Pricing and availability
Prices, product descriptions, and stock levels may change without notice. We strive to keep catalog information accurate, but errors may occur. If an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly, we may cancel or adjust the affected line items and will notify you when possible.
Pickup
You are responsible for collecting your order at the pickup location you selected. Please arrive within any communicated pickup window and bring information needed to identify your order. If you cannot collect your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@indiakartcr.com or via WhatsApp with your order details. Refund eligibility may depend on order status and payment method.
Accounts and eligibility
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where law does not allow such a cap.
